We are excited to have expanded our services and we hope that you will find them to be more convenient and easily accessible than before, as we are constantly trying to match your standards of service. We will be using this website to keep you posted and up to date on local projects within the community. This will be the first of many News letters updating you on the most current involvement of Steve Williams Custom Homes and Case Handyman Services.

Steve Williams Custom Homes is a close-family-company; conjoined locally with the well known and highly regarded company Case Handyman Services (which offers a professional based handyman service nation-wide). Both companies are owned and run directly by Steve and Monica Williams. Steve and Monica are no strangers to the local community. Highly active in local schools, youth sports teams, and community fundraisers, Steve Williams Custom Homes and Case Handyman Services have continued to show their support and much gratitude for the surrounding neighborhoods of Seattle.

Always innovative, Steve Williams Custom Homes recently purchased the largest parcel of Seattle land sold in recent history. The plan: to build a first-rate environment that would raise the standard way of living while maintaining the values of the family/community relationship that is so prominent in the Wedgwood area. The result: Maple Crest. Maple Crest is a compilation of 12 fun, semi-custom homes; each built with personal customizations of the buyer’s selection to assert individuality and assure a productive, diversely crafted neighborhood of luxurious living.

In 2005, along with Maple Crest, Steve Williams Custom Homes will continue working to bring new, fun custom remodels and exciting new construction projects with the hopes to continue enriching the local community through quality growth, local contributions, and valued living.
