Subcontractors were on site when SWCH said they would be and the attention to detail with the finished product is far and above all other remodels we have seen.

Growth and changes

We are proud to announce the final home in our Maplecrest community has sold. With the last of the new members of the community neighbors moving in to their new homes, we are looking forward to our future projects. We really appreciate the opportunities that Maplecrest provided us with. Most importantly it gave us a chance to show what our design department is really capable of. In working with our clients on and individual basis they were able to help create beautiful homes that really show the character of each homeowner.

While the designers continue to bring our clients beautiful ideas into a reality we have made several new upgrades with our construction process to help us further streamline these upcoming projects, and continue support with older ones. Ryan Eden has been promoted to the position of our Vice President of Construction. This is a new position for our company, and so far it has been a very successful one. With Ryan’s leadership and management abilities we have been further refining our construction process and quality control. We are now able to stay in better communication with all of our employees in the field at all of our jobsites. More importantly Ryan is able to stay in better communication with our clients. His new position is critical in personally addressing each client’s questions and concerns as they happen.

In other news, business is booming for our sister company, Case Handyman Services. The change of season has brought in a lot of clients, both new and old, for Case. Many clients are preparing for the oncoming winter, and others are excited about new home remodeling opportunities. All of us at Steve Williams Custom Homes are very proud of the Case crew and are pleased to see them developing their business into such a blazing success.

We hope everyone is braced for the onset of winter. Especially since it looks like it’s going to be a wet one, and with the snow yesterday it looks like it very well will be. We wish everyone and their families the very best as we rapidly approach the holiday season.
